National Review has the story here<\/a>. \u00a0Whew. \u00a0That so many seem to be\u00a0applying the modern golden rule of \u2018do unto others as long as you don\u2019t do unto me\u2019 to things like the First Amendment is bothersome. \u00a0But the thought that the Court could have upheld the madness was worrisome at best.<\/p>\n
