Virginia, Bistro on the Hill, offers good food, a great view, and musical accompaniment by a retired piano player.\u00a0 It\u2019s also the cafeteria of Fauquier Hospital.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe believe that food is nurturing,\u201d says Zach Erickson, Fauquier\u2019s director of nutrition services.\u00a0 A trained chef, he and his staff go to a lot of trouble to keep the meals as healthy as possible.<\/p>\n<p>A \u201cculinary healing garden\u201d just outside the Bistro provides fresh produce, which is supplemented by locally grown fruits and vegetables.\u00a0 Salad dressings are made from scratch, and contain no artificial ingredients or hydrogenated oils.<\/p>\n<p>And the cost is affordable; meals on senior nights are just $4.50 a plate.\u00a0 And diners interviewed give the food and the service two thumbs up.<\/p>\n<p>All we do for others should be given our best effort, and provide the best to those we serve.<\/p>\n<p><strong>You shall eat in plenty and be satisfied, and
