I welcome this discussion. \u00a0I regard it as extremely important, even urgent. \u00a0It\u2019s urgent not because of any particular mass apostasy occurring right now \u2014 such a thing may or may not actually be happening \u2014 but, however that may be, mostly because questions of what to believe about God and the universe and how to act are\u00a0of fundamental\u00a0and pressing\u00a0significance\u00a0in any particular\u00a0life, and in any particular\u00a0family, at all times and in every generation.<\/p>\n
