An article in the 17 January 2015 issue of the Economist<\/em>\u00a0reports on a\u00a0controversial recent publication regarding the topic.<\/p>\n\u00a0<\/p>\n
I won\u2019t get into the details of the disputes, but I want to note that, according to the article, \u201cMany researchers studying psychological or psychiatric causes of or treatments for CFS reported being harassed in person and online. \u00a0Some received death threats.\u201d<\/p>\n
\u00a0<\/p>\n
This cannot be true, of course. \u00a0Religion<\/em> is the cause of such things. \u00a0They don\u2019t occur in science, which is dominated by pure, dispassionate reason. \u00a0When religion goes away, human strife will cease.<\/p>\n\u00a0<\/p>\n
