I expect that this will probably offend a few people out there. \u00a0If so, I\u2019m sorry. \u00a0I\u2019ve had Spanish-speaking friends literally all of my life, I have a Cuban daughter-in-law, and I like Hispanic cultures and cuisines very, very much. \u00a0No offense was intended. \u00a0(There. \u00a0I hope I\u2019ve minimized the virtually inevitable cries of bigotry and victimhood.)<\/p>\n

I found it really funny, and I thank Douglas A. Hernandez for sending it to me. \u00a0I would also like to thank\/credit whoever originated the photo \u2014 it may, for all I know, be Brother Hernandez himself, or the folks behind a site called Mexican Word of the Day<\/a> \u2014 but I\u2019m not sure who that might be. \u00a0So, in any case, thanks!<\/p>\n
