In 1976, I was privileged to spend a bit of time with Professor Friedman at the meeting of the Mont Pelerin Society that was held, that year, in St. Andrews, Scotland \u2014 just a few weeks, as I recall, before he was awarded the Nobel Prize in economics.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\u00a0<\/p>\n
