\u00a0Small Plates of Nephi<\/a>\u00a0to the rest of the Book of Mormon, which is made up of Mormon\u2019s abridgment of the Large Plates of Nephi, supplemented by contributions from Mormon\u2019s son, Moroni (including Moroni\u2019s own redaction of what we know as the book of Ether).<\/p>\n\u00a0<\/p>\n
The Book of Mormon is a far more complex text than many, even many believers (to say nothing of overeager critics), seem to realize. \u00a0This structural complexity is just a part of that overall complexity, but it\u2019s an important one.<\/p>\n
