I\u2019ve known a few\u00a0who tell of having been accepted into a house, while serving as Latter-day Saint missionaries, because someone had seen them in a dream or a vision.<\/p>\n
\u00a0<\/p>\n
And I\u2019ve known at least one or two others\u00a0who\u00a0had<\/em>\u00a0such a dream or vision.<\/p>\n\u00a0<\/p>\n
Remarkable stories, these, demonstrating \u2014 whatever one thinks of the Book of Mormon \u2014 that the account given in Alma 8 isn\u2019t simply absurd. \u00a0Rightly or wrongly, other people, even today, claim to have experienced similar\u00a0things.<\/p>\n
