Utah will, in the end, almost certainly fall to Mr. Trump, simply because we\u2019re an overwhelmingly Republican state and because he\u2019s running against the deeply objectionable and unappealing Mrs. Clinton.<\/p>\n

But I\u2019ve been very pleased at the fact that Trumpism has had relatively little appeal for committed Latter-day Saints. \u00a0And our response has contrasted beautifully with the support that Mr. Trump has received from American Evangelicals, who had serious reservations about Governor Mitt Romney\u2019s faith, of course, but who have, by and large, embraced Mr. Trump as a brother in Jesus.<\/p>\n
