The Choir\u2019s performance on the steps of the Capitol yesterday, whatever one thinks of the decision to perform\u00a0or (for that matter) of Mr. Trump, brought international attention to both the Choir and the Church. \u00a0I haven\u2019t gone looking for evidence of such attention, but I haven\u2019t had<\/em> to: \u00a0The Economist<\/em> is a British magazine. \u00a0And, last night, I re-watched the Choir\u2019s performance online \u2014 in what turned out to be footage from Norwegian television\u2019s coverage of the inauguration. \u00a0There couldn\u2019t possibly have been a more prominent place for the Choir than where it was, standing on center stage, occupying the few minutes between the swearing-in of the Vice President and the swearing-in of the President.<\/p>\n\u00a0<\/p>\n
