\u201c\u2018Every person deserves to rest in peace\u2019: American Muslims raising money to repair vandalized Jewish cemetery\u201d<\/a>, one of my Facebook \u201cfriends,\u201d who appears to believe that no Muslim can ever be motivated by a genuine desire to do good, confidently asserted that the project described in that post is a mere publicity stunt. \u00a0I doubt that this \u201cfriend\u201d \u2014 who, having discovered my abject failure to despise Islam and all Muslims has apparently decided that she wants no more to do with me \u2014 would say the same thing about Tim Ballard. \u00a0He\u2019s a Mormon, after all.<\/p>\n\u00a0<\/p>\n
