One of my Facebook \u201cfriends\u201d unfriended me yesterday when she\u00a0belatedly\u00a0realized that, owing to my historical ignorance and deplorable lack of character, I\u2019m insufficiently contemptuous toward Islam and Muslims.<\/p>\n
\u00a0<\/p>\n
My modest goal is simply to understand reality accurately, and to share that understanding, as far as I can, with others. \u00a0I hope that anybody whom that goal irritates and offends will follow the example of my \u201cfriend\u201d from yesterday: \u00a0I\u2019m right up against the limit of 5000 \u201cfriends\u201d on my Facebook page, and I have more \u201cfriend\u201d requests than the limit will permit me to accommodate. \u00a0I\u2019ve been in this situation for some time, and have been deleting \u201cfriend\u201d requests with a vengeance for several months. \u00a0If people who despise me and who are infuriated by what I have to say will simply unfriend me, that will open up space for others who may not yet have recognized me for the evil monster that I am. \u00a0Thanks!<\/p>\n
