For my own quite\u00a0hasty 2014 response to the overall Letter, see here<\/a>. \u00a0I keep thinking, given the impact that the Letter\u00a0has had on too many vulnerable and unfortunate victims, that I should respond further to it. \u00a0But, candidly, I found reading it so exasperating, found the arguments of the Letter so frustratingly awful, that I could scarcely get\u00a0through it back then, and I simply haven\u2019t yet been able to muster the fortitude for returning to the subject.<\/p>\n
