Maybe they refused to come? \u00a0Well, it\u2019s easy to explain: \u00a0Sister Barbara Ballard, the wife of President M. Russell Ballard of the Quorum of the Twelve, died on 1 October 2018, last year. \u00a0And Sister Kathleen Eyring, the wife of President Henry B.
