The Ideal Mother<\/span><\/p>\n

Many\u2019s the guy who\u2019s wished for a wife<\/span>
\nWho measured up as the perfect \u201cother\u201d.<\/span>
\nYet how rare a thing to experience in life:<\/span>
\nA soulmate who\u2019s also the ideal mother.<\/span><\/p>\n

I watch my children learn week after week<\/span>
\nAnd marvel at your attentive loving care.<\/span>
\nTeaching, instructing, patient, and meek<\/span>
\nYour time and love always willing to share.<\/span><\/p>\n

How blessed our children, with a mom like you<\/span>
\nI couldn\u2019t be more proud; nor one bit fonder.<\/span>
\nRaising four Christian disciples, God\u2019s will to do.<\/span>
\nSo that when grown, they\u2019ll not falter or wander.<\/span><\/p>\n

So I thank you, dear Judy, my love and my life<\/span>
\nFor all that you do: heart and soul of our home.<\/span>
\nSacrificial service without demand or strife,<\/span>
\nThe \u201cLord\u2019s work,\u201d lest children stray or roam.<\/span><\/p>\n

I thank God every day to have found such joy:<\/span>
