I recently wrote a post called 4 Secrets Husbands don\u2019t tell their Wives<\/a>\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>which stirred up a lot conversation and debate. As a follow up, many have asked for a list of the \u201csecrets\u201d wives don\u2019t tell their husbands.<\/p>\n

Since I\u2019m a guy, I\u2019m obviously not an expert on this, so I asked my amazing wife Ashley<\/a>,<\/strong> to share her insights. Below are the results of my conversation with Ashley as well as research from the thousands of interactions we\u2019ve had with wives online.<\/p>\n

Each mariage is different, so this isn\u2019t a \u201cone-size-fits-all\u201d approach that applies to every wife, but we\u2019re convinced that these \u201csecrets\u201d represent many (if not most) wives. We hope these insights spark more mutual understanding and healthy communication between husbands and wives. That\u2019s the whole point of these posts.<\/p>\n

Here are the seven things most women don\u2019t always confess\u00a0to their husbands<\/em><\/strong> (in no particular order)\u2026<\/p>\n

1. We want you to be able to read our \u201cNon-verbals\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

It\u2019s not that we expect our husbands to be \u201cmind readers\u201d (although that would be nice); we simply want them to be attentive to our nonverbal cues and respond accordingly. We want a bond of communication and intimacy that goes deeper than mere words. In short, we want our husbands to pay attention to us.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

2. We often feel like we don\u2019t measure up.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Everywhere we look we see airbrushed supermodels or picture on Instagram from our friends who seem to have perfect houses and perfect children. It can create an overwhelming pressure to \u201cmeasure up\u201d to impossible standards. We don\u2019t often voice these feelings of inadequacy, but we feel them.<\/p>\n

#3 is somewhat controversial, but most women agree they feel this way<\/em><\/strong>\u2026<\/p>\n<\/body><\/html>\n<\/div>\n\n\n
