I have a brother in need, a sister in sorrow. Sure, I\u2019ll see them. \n

I have a book to write, a fence post to set, a yard to\u00a0 mulch.\n

<\/p><\/span><\/div>\n

I can talk about all the things I\u2019ll do later \u2013 and really, I\u2019m just fooling myself. Because later \u2013 including tomorrow, next week, next month or next year \u2013 are not really promised. They\u2019re on the printed calendar, but who really knows?\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n

What arrogance that I would presume that these important things can be\u00a0done later.<\/span><\/div>\n

The future is a thief, stealing all the creativity and innovation from today. It steals the passion and the pleasure, the motivation and compassion, and the grand ideals of the moment. It rips all the good out of the right now.\n

\nMaybe tomorrow.<\/i> But today makes far more sense.<\/span>
