\"\"<\/a>In a Business Week survey,<\/a> some interesting results came out about worker esteem.<\/p>\n

When they asked employees \u201cAre you one of the top 10 percent<\/span> of performers in your company,\u201d 90 percent of employees said, \u201cyes.\u201d<\/p>\n

Do the math.
<\/em>
91 percent of men answered \u201cyes,\u201d as did 89 percent of women and 93 percent of those over the age of 55.<\/p>\n

Middle managers scored the \u201clowest\u201d with a paltry 84 percent.<\/p>\n

It seems that we have an elevated opinion of ourselves.<\/em><\/p>\n

And we know that this kind of thinking isn<\/span>\u2019t reserved to just the workplace. Romans 12 says this. \u201cI say to everyone among you not to think of yourself more highly than you ought to think, but to think with sober judgment, each according to the measure of faith that God has assigned.\u201d
