Ever wish you could just get it together? Wonder why you are \u2018missing out\u2019 on all of the things you are supposed to be doing, but they just pass you by?
<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Here\u2019s an article that we were honored to have our friends over at Christianity Today\u2019s the High Calling<\/a> publish\u2026.
<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The prayers were agonizing\u2014so intense that red sweat stained his white robe on this blackest of nights.<\/span><\/p>\n

The sorrow was excruciating\u2014deep, painful, and overwhelming. Jesus said he felt like dying. A pall hung over the olive garden, and he pleaded with his friends, \u201cStay here. Keep watch with me.\u201d<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

But Peter, James, and John missed out on the eternal significance of the moment. After all, their bellies were full from the Passover meal. And it was dark and late. Sleep came too easily. Their eyes grew heavy, and \u201cthey fell into slumber.\u201d <\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

Until Jesus woke them\u2014probably not with a gentle nudge or a soft tap. He didn\u2019t allow the disciples to roll over and hit the snooze switch. He said in disbelief, \u201cCouldn\u2019t you stay awake for just a little while?\u201d<\/span> He was in an eternal struggle for the very souls of mankind, and here they were, napping in Gethsemane\u2026<\/span>
