The Catholic bishops, backed by conservative evangelicals, say the\u00a0Obama administration shouldn\u2019t include contraception<\/a>coverage as part of free preventive care options in employers\u2019 health insurance plans.<\/p>\n

And here\u2019s where the Catholic women come in. According to the Public Religion Research Institute poll released today,<\/p>\n

A majority (55%) of Americans agree that \u201cemployers should be required to provide their employees with health care plans that cover contraception and birth control at no cost.\u201d Four-in-ten (40%) disagree with this requirement.<\/p>\n
