It\u2019s a cleverly animated lecture by Dan Ariely<\/strong>,<\/a>\u00a0an expert in the field of \u201cbehavioral economics\u201d (yeah, I don\u2019t know what it is, either).<\/p>\n

Anyway: a few minutes into this secular head-scratcher about human behavior, he talks about how the Catholic sacrament of confession helps us to modify what we do and be better people. \u00a0Turns out, science is finally starting to discover something Catholics have known for centuries.<\/p>\n
