Hi, I\u2019m Lizzie! \u00a0I worship God, am\u00a0addicted to editing videos\u00a0and zebra print makes me really happy!! \u00a0I created my YouTube channel\u00a0LizziesAnswers<\/a>\u00a0when I was 15. \u00a0Now I\u2019m 22 and\u00a0a graduate of\u00a0Pepperdine University! \u00a0While I was a student there,\u00a0I\u00a0studied Philosophy &\u00a0Religion, while spending my summers\u00a0in Thailand teaching English with the Bible. \u00a0Over\u00a0the past four\u00a0years, I\u2019ve posted over 300\u00a0videos and gained a following of\u00a0170,000+ subscribers. \u00a0I ADORE the filming and editing process of YouTube\u00a0& I LOVE responding to your messages and getting to encourage you. \u00a0THANK YOU SOOOO\u00a0much for being a part of my YouTube family! \u00a0Your stories have\u00a0opened my eyes to the brokenness and beauty in people, and your comments are so encouraging and through my depression have helped to remind me who I am. \u00a0Thank you for teaching me about the world and helping me\u00a0discover more of who I want to be and how I want to live my life. \u00a0I love you!<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

\u201cI want everyone to know that I hated that this was happening,\u201d she explains in a recent video<\/a>. \u201cI fought so hard to get out of this intellectually. I did not want to be Catholic. Not only did I think Catholicism was wrong, I just didn\u2019t like the vibe of Catholicism. I wanted to be anything but Catholic.\u201d<\/p>\n

She explains how hard it was for her to make her announcement video because she knew many of her Protestant family and friends would perceive it to be a betrayal. But, she explains, she was obliged to become Catholic by the force of one simple fact:\u00a0it was true.<\/p>\n

Lizzie grew up in the Protestant denomination Churches of Christ<\/a> (CoC). She started her YouTube channel 8 years ago when she was just 16 years old and had a few videos giving teenage relationship advice go viral<\/a>. Since the beginning, though, she wasn\u2019t shy about also talking about her Christian faith.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
