\u2026theses guys: here\u2019s a list of this year\u2019s winners of the esteemed Christopher Awards<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n As the press release notes:<\/p>\n First presented in 1949,\u00a0The Christopher Awards <\/strong>honor writers, producers, directors and illustrators in the publishing, film, TV and cable industries whose work affirms the highest values of the human spirit. \u2018This year\u2019s\u00a0Christopher Award <\/strong>winners creatively demonstrate the transformative impact that faith, courage and action can have on people\u2019s lives,\u2019 said Mary Ellen Robinson, vice president of The Christophers.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n When a documentary that I co-wrote won a Christopher Award several years back, I told my colleagues, \u201cThis is the one prize that really matters.
