meeting with bishops<\/a><\/strong> to hear how the church in the U.S. has been \u201clacerated by the evil of sexual abuse,\u201d to the point where many believe our church is facing one of its biggest crises ever, this is not the picture to release as the official photograph.<\/p>\nI\u2019ll put it bluntly: this is awful. If you can\u2019t see why, something is seriously wrong.<\/p>\n
Optics matter. Words matter. Especially now.<\/p>\n
This doesn\u2019t help. At all. Consider this a PR FAIL.<\/p>\n
Please do better next time.<\/p>\n
