A dad in Australia has claimed the Guinness World Record title for the largest image made of LED lights with a mesmerizing display featuring almost 1.2 million lights.<\/p>\n

The Christmas scene, masterminded by lawyer David Richards and built with the help of volunteers, features 1,194,380 lights that give the illusion of three interconnected wrapped gifts, set to a backdrop of more lights, according to\u00a0Guinness World Records<\/a>. It also features music, \u201cgiant bows and strings of cables.\u201d<\/p>\n

The light show will be on display this Christmas season at Canberra\u2019s CBD, a shopping area in the country\u2019s capital city, and is expected to attract more than 200,000 visitors, according to\u00a0News Corp Australia<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Richards is using his record-breaking display to raise money for the SIDS and Kids ACT charities, he tells the site. He lost a baby boy to sudden infant death syndrome in 2002.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
