The chances are that this is not as outlandish as it may seem. Specially on the Indian city roads where the max speeds touch 60-70 kmph. I guess the average is around 20 kmph. So, for such cases this is a viable option. the price though looks a little more.. but when the fuel price is factored in - Rs 90 a fill.. it takes the sting out of one's budget!!
