\nPiece me, minced love me or love me not<\/p>\n

Some like it raw others like it boiling hot
\nSo put on the kettle, seize it now this lot
\nWhat where the spices, I think I forgot
\nHasten with the salt before they can rot<\/p>\n

Keep my little hands in your sweet lap
\nWhen I come back I will give you a tap
\nAnd take them back for knuckles to rap
\nThese hands of mine resist, they do slap
\nThey were yours, a gift, love flow you a tap
\nFor a little while, wayward, foolish mishap<\/p>\n

This is love in disguise it comes and departs
\nNo technical war, no play, no martial arts
\nThis is love in pieces, this is love for all hearts
\nIt oozes from all of these mine cut body parts
\nThe cuts are still deep, the feeling just smarts
\nIt goes and it comes and I wince when it starts<\/p>\n

Hasten your step, I will show you this mine way
\nCome, enter this fridge and take what you may
\nTake one piece or two, greed you\u2019ll now display
\nI will not watch you though the rest of it I\u2019ll sway
\nIt wasn\u2019t your doing this mine meat you didn\u2019t slay
\nHeartened you might as well use it for it will decay
\n
\nPiece me, piece me, piece me try to please me
\nPiece me, fleece me, you\u2019d never amuse me
\nPiece me, piece me, piece me and tease me
\nWatch it I bleed you turn red if you squeeze me
\nOozing a mass of flesh, blood and bone so slimy
\nDark red on snow white, the look of it so grimy<\/p>\n

When they come to you for minced love to send
\nTry as you may for your arms to close and fend
\nOff from you this vile dark foe it\u2019s not a friend
\nMore body parts he\u2019ll come and ask you to blend
\nSomeday he\u2019ll come the prince who will mend
\nOr maybe it will just be the one who\u2019ll pretend<\/p>\n

He isn\u2019t the one that you thought God had sent
\nFor you and your poor aging heart that you spent
\nTirelessly waiting no dark death did you resent
\nAs clocks ticked slowly and time by you just went
\nShaking your head you thought it was not meant
\nTo be this way, while another piece you present<\/p>\n

So many before you had come here and just stole
\nA small piece of hand, a mind, a heart, some soul
\nEarlier coming, you would have found me whole
\nBut now, alas, a bone, a leg, a hand and a mole
\nBut those you will take too and pile up some coal
\nThis Barbecue is waiting grab you a lost dole<\/p>\n

Piece me, piece me, piece me, try to appease me
\nThe pieces I have cut, you cannot try to freeze me
\nHark now you strayed, have been followed by HE
\nWhose name we shall not voice, leave it mystery
\nSlackening your pace you allowed him to get thee
\nTo the source of my pieces he\u2019ll come and cut free<\/p>\n

Hunger it comes sharp but out suddenly it will flow
\nAnd gaunter the cheeks and much tighter the brow
\nDarkness arrives there comes its darker shadow
\nWaning little light fading out where is your glow?
\nThese pieces of mine take them to tell and show
\nAnd then lay them down to be covered by the snow<\/p>\n

Rejoice there is more left in where this came from
\nAs soon as we see that to this feast you have come
\nInvoking the tribal meal, we\u2019ll beat you some drum
\nA piece for joy, a piece for love, a piece for tedium
\nTake it all spiced or just salted with water or rum
\nTasty morsels invoke music as you chew and hum<\/p>\n

I watch you chew and eat a meal so nightmarish
\nYour features twisted they\u2019ve turned all ghoulish
\nA cheek a shriveled heart, they taste like some fish
\nAll morsels of choice nothing to throw, no rubbish
\nOn you chew and chew with most tasteless relish
\nChew and then pass around the remains of the dish<\/p>\n

Piece me, piece me, piece me and much unease me
\nSome do it well up high, while others so carelessly
\nLeaving fragments of bone marred jutting ungainly
\nI watch the butcher, while he whistles the task gory
\nYe butcher pound away piece me and deep freeze me
\nAnd when time comes, defreeze and release me.<\/p>\n
