\"Google-RedFort.JPG\"<\/a>If you have been to do Google search in India, you would have come across the welcome \u201cdoodle\u201d of Red Fort on the Google Search box.<\/p>\n

It also shows that Google does have some degree of focus on India and its customers in India. Over the years, many of Google\u2019s products have both come out of India and also used a lot by the Indians. For example, the Google News was an experiment done in the Bangalore lab of Google and was taken global because of its promise and succeeded.<\/p>\n

Over the years, US centric events and sensibilities is what drives the outward communications of many companies around the world. It is important for most of them to localize and also acknowledge the significance of happenings in other nations.<\/p>\n

Now, the doodles on the Google search box are no matter of pride. They aren\u2019t even significant. They are simply a one day quirk. But such symbolisms become important when the essence of that company is acknowledged. At least in that country itself! So a country which provides so much of traffic to Google and so many products from its labs, needs to assert more.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile enjoy the Red Fort, even though the PM\u2019s speech may have been highly uninspiring and insincere.<\/p>\n
