If HE does not know that an external country is sending their commandos to Indian capital bang in the center of the Capital city and next to the entire Government establishment in North and South block.. then WHO SHOULD?<\/p>\n
I don\u2019t know what the top guy \u2013 Dr. Singh is upto? But he should at the very least know who is visiting his neighborhood from outer space! The extent of cluelessness in the Indian government is mindboggling!<\/p>\n
