George  opened the back door to go turn off the light, but saw that there were people in  the shed stealing things.<\/p>\n<p>He phoned the police, who asked \u201cIs someone in your house?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>He said \u201cNo,\u201d but some  people are breaking into my garden shed and stealing from me.<\/p>\n<p>Then the police  dispatcher said \u201cAll patrols are busy. You should lock your doors and an officer  will be along when one is available.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>George said, \u201cOkay.\u201d  He hung up the phone and counted to 30.<!--break--><\/p>\n<p>Then he phoned the  police again.  \u201cHello, I  just called you a few seconds ago because there were people stealing things from  my shed. Well, you don\u2019t have to worry about them now because I just shot them.\u201d  and he hung up.<\/p>\n<p>Within  five minutes, six Police Cars, a SWAT Team, a Helicopter, two Fire Trucks, a  Paramedic, and an Ambulance showed up at the Phillips\u2019 residence, and caught the  burglars red-handed.<\/p>\n<p>One of the Policemen said to George, \u201cI thought you said that you\u2019d shot  them!\u201d<\/p>\n<p>George said, \u201cI  thought you said there was nobody available!\u201d<\/p>\n<\/body><\/html>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Got this from a friend&#8230;. its hillarious!
