India might be one of the fastest growing economies in the world, but according to Professor Pawan Budhwar of Aston Business School, Indian leaders still hesitate to delegate and making independent decisions. It is this mindset wherein executive coaching may bring a paradigm shift.<\/p>\n

Talking about the need of executive coaching in India, Krishna Kumar, Managing Director, Indian School of Executive Coaching (ISEC) said that India is fast leaping into a new generation of economy, where coaching becomes important for any executive to design their career in better manner.
