pioneer agrarian settlement from the 1850s. \u00a0It probably has the highest per capita survival of nineteenth century homes of any city in the US, most of which are still private residences. \u00a0There is also\u00a0a thriving\u00a0<\/span><a style=\"font-size: 13px;\" href=\"http:\/\/friendsofhistoricspringcity.org\/heritage-day-celebration\/\" class=\" decorated-link\" target=\"_blank\"
