As I\u2019m sure you\u2019ve heard, the Trump administration has now officially moved the US embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem.<\/p>\n

Listening to Judge Jeanine Pirro on Fox News rave about this was highly concerning because of her messianic account of Trump and her attempt to make the movement of the embassy a feat of prophetic fulfilment and hastening some kind of apocalyptic end-time. Especially at the 5:00 min mark, she really waxes inaccurately about so much of Israel\u2019s history, and then claims, \u201cDonald Trump recognized history, he, like king Cyrus before him, fulfilled the biblical prophecy of the gods worshipped by Jews, Christians, and yes Muslims, that Jerusalem is the eternal capital of the Jewish state, and the Jewish people finally deserve a righteous free and sovereign Israel.\u201d<\/p>\n

<\/iframe><\/p>\n\u2013 Jews do not practice the same religion now as they did 3000, 2000, or even 1000 years ago, Judaism had to change with the razing of the temple in AD 70, plus, there are different types of Judaism \u2013 Orthodox, Reform, and Progressive. \n\u2013 Jews do not speak the same language they did 2000 years ago since Israeli Hebrew and ancient Hebrew are not the same (see <a href=\"http:\/\/www.catholic.co.il\/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=739:biblical-hebrew-a-foreign-language&catid=69&lang=en&Itemid=442\" class=\" decorated-link\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">here<\/a>). \n\u2013 Did she say \u201cgods,\u201d seriously, that\u2019s like polytheism, which is the mother of all Jewish heresies! \n\u2013 Israel is not the only capital of the Hebrews\/Jew\/Israelites, Hebron was also the capital for a time (see <a href=\"https:\/\/www.biblestudytools.com\/2-samuel\/5-5.html\" class=\" decorated-link\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">2 Sam 5:5<\/a>).<\/p>\nAs one\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.esquire.com\/news-politics\/a20681623\/trump-jerusalem-embassy\/\" class=\" decorated-link\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">commentator<\/a> puts it well:<\/p>\n<blockquote>The decision to move the American embassy in Israel to Jerusalem is more unnecessary than it is stupid and dangerous, and it\u2019s pretty stupid and dangerous. There was no overwhelming political support\u2014and certainly no overwhelming political pressure\u2014in this country for such a provocative development. It was solely the desire of that odd mixture of highly conservative Judaism and American splinter Protestantism, of the prolonged slow-dance between the apocalyptic factions of two major monotheisms that very likely will incite the apocalyptic faction of the third.
