I\u2019d also totally buy the Rachel Lewis one, just because it\u2019s what the book\u2019s paperback cover would\u2019ve been in 1967. (I admit Ashcroft\u2019s isn\u2019t that good unless you\u2019ve already read the book. Otherwise it looks like a generic drunk-memoir cover, when I assume she was actually referring to the scene with the glass in Camilla\u2019s foot, or else the\u2026 is it a mirror?\u2026 that one of the twins breaks late in the game.)<\/p>\n
