Ninomania<\/strong> has a lot of interesting comments on today\u2019s Supreme Court decisions, esp. on the shift from parental rights to students\u2019 rights, and the \u201cBong Hits 4 Jesus\u201d case. \u201cA few years ago the Court declined to recognize an across-the-board \u2018drug exception\u2019 to the Fourth Amendment \u2018knock and announce\u2019 requirement.
