There\u2019s always something electric in the atmosphere when someone dares to assert spiritual convictions in a decidedly secular context. It\u2019s almost like, \u201cI can\u2019t believe s\/he had the courage to say that!\u201d That\u2019s why I was so interested when I heard that Jeff Bridges<\/a>, aka \u201cThe Dude,\u201d<\/a> was going to be on <\/em><\/strong>The Daily Show with Jon Stewart<\/em> last week speaking about his new book, The Dude and the Zen Master<\/a><\/em>, which features a series of conversations between Bridges and his \u201cbuddy,\u201d Zen master Bernie Glassman<\/a>.<\/p>\n
