The tax man cometh, bringing with him\/her an opportunity to practice gratitude (seriously!). Jim Burklo\u2019s piece on The Blessings of Taxes<\/a> took me by surprise and offered me a whole new way to think about tax day. <\/p>\n

And here\u2019s another excellent perspective on taxes<\/a> from Diana Butler Bass, in which she says: \u201cIndeed, tax day is a day that progressive people of faith should celebrate, as we participate in one of the greatest social reforms of the twentieth century: the progressive income tax.\u201d<\/p>\n
