<\/a>They\u2019re all going to the Wild Goose Festival<\/a> this summer!<\/p>\nYep, you heard right \u2026 these fabulous folks and many, many more interesting and passionate people of faith are all part of the line-up for the third annual Wild Goose Festival \u2014 a 4-day event centered around social justice, spirituality, music and art in the beautiful town of Hot Springs, NC, just outside of Asheville, from August 8-11, 2013.<\/p>\n
What exactly is the Wild Goose, you say? Here\u2019s a brief excerpt from the invitation on their website:<\/a><\/p>\n Wild Goose is a community gathered at the intersection of justice, spirituality, music and art. Our main annual event is a 4-day, outdoor festival hosted each summer in North Carolina. We also present several smaller, more specialized events in other parts of the country throughout the year.<\/p>\n \u201cWild Goose\u201d is a Celtic spirituality metaphor that evokes unpredictability, beauty, and grace. We take inspiration from this concept, as well as many events such as\u00a0Greenbelt<\/a>,\u00a0Burning Man<\/a>,\u00a0the Iona Community<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0SXSW<\/a>.<\/p>\n We invite you to join us.
