It\u2019s hardwired into all of us. At least I hope it\u2019s not just me.<\/p>\n

I feel it deep down where stuff really matters. I\u2019m talking about that desire be known as a hero.<\/p>\n

As a Catalyst leader pondering how you want to be known, I\u2019m thinking you probably want to be known as a hero, too.<\/p>\n

What It takes to Be a Hero<\/strong><\/h3>\n

No, I don\u2019t need a cape. I wouldn\u2019t suggest it for you either. As we know from\u00a0The Incredibles<\/em>, capes can be complicated things. And I definitely don\u2019t need anything involving spandex. Trust me.<\/p>\n
