We run everywhere<\/p>\n

when it\u2019s only the moments<\/p>\n

we are stopped that matter.<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

No matter how we are stopped,<\/p>\n

by pain or beauty, by remembering<\/p>\n

in the midst of crossing a street in<\/p>\n

New York who you are and all<\/p>\n

you\u2019ve done for those you love.<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

No matter if it\u2019s hard to get up.<\/p>\n

Just stay down a while longer, so<\/p>\n

you can see all the way through.<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

It\u2019s in the stopped moments that<\/p>\n

the music hiding in silence is<\/p>\n

released.<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

If we can carry that music in our<\/p>\n

heart, we will become tender.<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

And once tender, the Universe<\/p>\n

can thread the eye of the needle<\/p>\n

that is our one and only life.<\/p>\n
