<\/a>Douglas Todd, the religion and ethics reporter for The Vancouver Sun<\/i>, has an article in today\u2019s paper looking at the top five films about Jesus, the top five films with a \u201cmetaphorical Christ\u201d, and the top five films \u201cwith Christian themes.\u201d I was one of four people he consulted \u2014 the others include my friends Ron Reed<\/a> and Darrel Manson<\/a>, as well as theologian Marjorie Suchocki<\/a>, who I have never met \u2014 and Todd quotes two of the blurbs I\u2019ve written on Jesus films, including this one<\/a> on Monty Python\u2019s Life of Brian<\/i> (1979) and this one<\/a> on The Miracle Maker<\/i> (2000).
