Star Wars<\/a><\/i> (1977) came out in theatres, and as a wee child, I fell permanently in love with the music and the comedy and just about everything else to do with the film.<\/p>\nI was also intrigued to discover that Debbie Reynolds, who was only 19 when Singin\u2019 in the Rain<\/i> was filmed, was the mother of Carrie \u201cPrincess Leia\u201d Fisher, who was only 19 when Star Wars<\/i> was filmed.
