Then get ready for the three-hour version, via a two-disc \u201cuncut collector\u2019s edition\u201d that Variety<\/a><\/i> says will come out on DVD in France before it comes to North America.<\/p>\n

2.<\/a> Penguins have officially jumped the shark. Variety<\/a><\/i> reports that Bob Saget\u2019s Farce of the Penguins<\/a><\/i>, an R-rated spoof of the Oscar-winning documentary March of the Penguins<\/a><\/i> (2005), is now going to straight to DVD in January, where it will fall behind the theatrical release of Happy Feet<\/a><\/i> but ahead of Surf\u2019s Up<\/a><\/i>.<\/p>\n

3.<\/a> Jeffrey Wells<\/a> says there is a good chance that Becket<\/a><\/i> (1964), one of two films starring Peter O\u2019Toole as Henry II, may finally come out on DVD in a year or two, after a limited theatrical revival.<\/p>\n
