1.<\/a> FilmStew.com<\/a> reports that ThinkFilm<\/a> will distribute The King<\/a><\/i> \u2014 which stars Willam Hurt as a married pastor and Gael Garcia Bernal as his illegitimate son \u2014 in early 2006.<\/p>\n

2.<\/a> Reuters<\/a> reports that the producers of The Aristocrats<\/a><\/i> didn\u2019t even bother to get the film rated by the MPAA, because they figured it would get an NC-17. Having seen the film, which has no nudity and no violence but a very, very high degree of verbal obscenity, I wouldn\u2019t have been surprised if it had.<\/p>\n

3.<\/a> The Hollywood Reporter<\/a><\/i>, the National Post<\/a><\/i>, the Globe and Mail<\/a><\/i> and the Canadian<\/a> Press<\/a> report that the World Film Festival<\/a> in Montreal will host the world premiere of Karla<\/i>, formerly known as Deadly<\/i>, the controversial<\/a> film about real-life criminals Paul Bernardo and Karla Homolka.
