Rather, his performance will be an entirely <a href=\"http:\/\/filmchatblog.blogspot.com\/2009\/02\/newsbites-science-fiction-edition.html#2\" class=\" decorated-link\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">digital creation<\/a>, based on a body-cast mold that was made for the first movie in 1984. If you ask me, this is all for the good, as Schwarzenegger\u2019s physical appearance did <a href=\"http:\/\/filmchatblog.blogspot.com\/2008\/07\/brief-notes-on-origin-of-terminators.html\" class=\" decorated-link\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">change somewhat<\/a> over the course of the first three films \u2014 which, when you think about it, is a little odd, since all three of his characters were supposed to have come off an assembly line at the exact same time in the future. \u2014 <i><a href=\"http:\/\/latimesblogs.latimes.com\/lanow\/2009\/04\/even-if-voters-terminate-gov-arnold-schwarzeneggers-budget-related-ballot-measures-on-may-19-he-may-get-the-chance-to-do.html\" target=\"_blank\" class=\" decorated-link\" rel=\"nofollow\">Los Angeles Times<\/a><\/i>, <i><a href=\"http:\/\/www.variety.com\/VR1118002743.html\" target=\"_blank\" class=\" decorated-link\" rel=\"nofollow\">Variety<\/a><\/i>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.imdb.com\/news\/ni0759367\/\" target=\"_blank\" class=\" decorated-link\" rel=\"nofollow\">WENN<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p><a name=\"2\" class=\" decorated-link\" target=\"_blank\">2.<\/a> Robert Rodriguez is developing a \u201creboot\u201d of the <i>Predator<\/i> franchise called <i>Predators<\/i>. The original film came out in 1987 and spawned either one sequel or three, depending on whether you count the <i><a href=\"http:\/\/filmchatblog.blogspot.com\/2007\/12\/avp-r-another-irreverent-marketing-hook.html\" class=\" decorated-link\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">Alien Vs. Predator<\/a><\/i> cross-overs (2004-2007) as part of the original canon. At any rate, 20th Century Fox has already given the new film a release date, namely July 7, 2010. \u2014 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.iesb.net\/index.php?option=com_content&amp;task=view&amp;id=6768&amp;Itemid=99\" target=\"_blank\" class=\" decorated-link\" rel=\"nofollow\">IESB.net<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.aintitcool.com\/node\/40865\" target=\"_blank\" class=\" decorated-link\" rel=\"nofollow\">Ain\u2019t It Cool News<\/a> (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.aintitcool.com\/node\/40879\" target=\"_blank\" class=\" decorated-link\" rel=\"nofollow\">x2<\/a>), <i><a href=\"http:\/\/www.variety.com\/VR1118002792.html\" target=\"_blank\" class=\" decorated-link\" rel=\"nofollow\">Variety<\/a><\/i>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.comingsoon.net\/news\/movienews.php?id=54819\" target=\"_blank\" class=\" decorated-link\" rel=\"nofollow\">ComingSoon.net<\/a><\/p>\n<p><a name=\"3\" class=\" decorated-link\" target=\"_blank\">3.<\/a> <a href=\"http:\/\/filmchatblog.blogspot.com\/2008\/11\/star-trek-trailer-now-with-more-spock.html\" class=\" decorated-link\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">Leonard Nimoy<\/a> provided the voice of Galvatron in the animated <i>Transformers<\/i> movie that came out back in 1986. So naturally, the guys who\u2019ve been writing the <a href=\"http:\/\/filmchatblog.blogspot.com\/2007\/03\/newsbites-plissken-becket-commandments.html#6\" class=\" decorated-link\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">live-action movies<\/a> want him to come back and voice one of the characters in <i><a href=\"http:\/\/filmchatblog.blogspot.com\/2009\/02\/newsbites-superheroes-etc-edition.html#5\" class=\" decorated-link\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen<\/a><\/i>, which comes out June 24. And since those guys also happened to write the upcoming <i><a href=\"http:\/\/filmchatblog.blogspot.com\/2009\/04\/second-longest-star-trek-movie-ever.html\" class=\" decorated-link\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">Star Trek<\/a><\/i> movie, they\u2019ve had a chance to talk to Nimoy about this personally. What makes the whole thing even stranger and even more inter-connected is that Nimoy\u2019s wife, Susan Bay, is a cousin to <i>Transformers<\/i> director Michael Bay \u2014 but the director says he hasn\u2019t approached Nimoy about doing the part directly yet; for now, he prefers to let his mother serve as a go-between. \u2014 <a href=\"http:\/\/scifiwire.com\/2009\/03\/orci-kurtzman-reveal-tran.php\" target=\"_blank\" class=\" decorated-link\" rel=\"nofollow\">Sci Fi Wire<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/moviesblog.mtv.com\/2009\/04\/21\/michael-bay-afraid-to-offend-leonard-nimoy-with-transformers-family-reunion-offer\/\" target=\"_blank\" class=\" decorated-link\" rel=\"nofollow\">MTV Movies Blog<\/a><\/p>\n<p><a name=\"4\" class=\" decorated-link\" target=\"_blank\">4.<\/a> Photos from the Vancouver set of <i><a href=\"http:\/\/filmchatblog.blogspot.com\/2009\/03\/newsbites-science-fiction-edition.html#3\" class=\" decorated-link\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">Tron 2.0<\/a><\/i> have begun to pop up on the internet. Meanwhile, a number of blogs recently discovered <a href=\"http:\/\/www.vancouversun.com\/news\/Facetime+with+killer+clown\/1238950\/story.html\" target=\"_blank\" class=\" decorated-link\" rel=\"nofollow\">this story<\/a> that the <i>Vancouver Sun<\/i> ran three months ago, which claims that <i>Tron 2.0<\/i> has a budget of $300 million. That figure was later revealed to be in Canadian dollars, but even so, that still comes to something like $240 million in American money.
