3.<\/a> David Nutter has signed on to direct the pilot for Eastwick<\/i>, a proposed TV series based on John Updike\u2019s The Witches of Eastwick<\/i>. The novel has been dramatized a few times before, most famously as a 1987 film<\/a> starring Cher, Michelle Pfeiffer, Susan Sarandon and Jack Nicholson as the Devil; it was also made into a TV-movie<\/a> in 2002 and an unsold TV pilot<\/a> in 1992. 4.<\/a> French director Rene Feret will direct Nannerl (Mozart\u2019s Sister)<\/i>, a movie about Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart\u2019s elder sister, later this year. The film takes place between 1763 and 1766 and will depict Mara Anna Mozart \u2014 or Nannerl, as she was nicknamed \u2014 as \u201ca gifted composer and violinist\u201d who is \u201cforced to abandon music by her father.\u201d She also forms a \u201ctentative friendship with the young prince who became Louis XVI.\u201d \u2014 Variety<\/a><\/i><\/p>\n

5.<\/a> Milk<\/a><\/i> screenwriter Dustin Lance Black is thinking of writing a script about recent Republican vice-presidential nominee Sarah Palin<\/a>.
