Last Days in the Desert<\/a><\/i> finally has a release date.<\/p>\n

The film, which stars Ewan McGregor as both Jesus and the Devil, will get a limited release on May 13, 2016, distributor Broad Green Pictures announced today<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Directed by Rodrigo Garcia, the film also stars Ciaran Hinds, Ayelet Zurer and Tye Sheridan. The director of photography is Emmanuel Lubezki, who won the Oscar for cinematography the last two years for his work on Birdman<\/a><\/i> and Gravity<\/a><\/i>.<\/p>\n

The film has played at various festivals since premiering at Sundance<\/a> in January.<\/p>\n
