Christmas is only four days away, but at least one studio is looking ahead to Easter.<\/p>\n

Today, Columbia Pictures released three new images from Risen<\/a><\/i>, the movie about the crucifixion and resurrection of Jesus that is coming out February 19. (One of the new images is a bit spoiler-ish, though no more so than the trailers have been.)<\/p>\n

First, we have this image of Joseph Fiennes as Clavius and Tom Felton as Lucius, the two soldiers tasked with finding the body of Jesus after it vanishes from the tomb:<\/p>\n

Second, we have this image of the Crucifixion (and I continue to be struck by the fact that, unlike most films, this one does not put the Crucifixion on a hilltop):<\/p>\n

Finally, we have a (spoiler-ish?) image in which Clavius has found the apostles and is \u201cwitness[ing] a miracle\u201d with them (according to the photo\u2019s official caption):<\/p>\n
