He is now promoting a documentary designed to rehabilitate his public image, called <i><a href=\"http:\/\/www.hbo.com\/events\/trialsoftedhaggard\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" class=\" decorated-link\" rel=\"nofollow\">The Trials of Ted Haggard<\/a><\/i>; it premieres on HBO next Thursday. But now there is a new wrinkle to the story, as it has just been revealed that Haggard was also involved with a male church volunteer for \u201ca long period of time\u201d. Brady Boyd, Haggard\u2019s successor at New Life, says he got the impression the former church volunteer was going public with his story now because of the documentary: \u201cI think what caused this young man to be a bit aggravated was Ted being seen as a victim, when he himself had experienced a great deal of hurt.\u201d Haggard, who had already arranged to do some high-profile interviews next week, has so far refused to comment on this latest revelation. \u2014 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.google.com\/hostednews\/ap\/article\/ALeqM5gOtUem4ZFcPt5_JdOaHQ1ePIz9ggD95T8IM01\" target=\"_blank\" class=\" decorated-link\" rel=\"nofollow\">Associated Press<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p><a name=\"2\" class=\" decorated-link\" target=\"_blank\">2.<\/a> David Di Sabatino\u2019s documentary <i><a href=\"http:\/\/filmchatblog.blogspot.com\/2008\/10\/oc-weekly-profiles-larry-norman-movie.html\" class=\" decorated-link\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">Fallen Angel: The Outlaw Larry Norman<\/a><\/i> will have its premiere at the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cinequest.org\/indexCQ.php\" target=\"_blank\" class=\" decorated-link\" rel=\"nofollow\">Cinequest Film Festival<\/a> in San Jose, California on March 1. \u2014 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.facebook.com\/pages\/Fallen-Angel-The-Outlaw-Larry-Norman\/36214859625\" target=\"_blank\" class=\" decorated-link\" rel=\"nofollow\">Facebook<\/a><\/p>\n<p><a name=\"3\" class=\" decorated-link\" target=\"_blank\">3.<\/a> The newest IMAX movie takes the viewer on a pilgrimage to the holiest site in all of Islam: the <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Masjid_al-Haram\" target=\"_blank\" class=\" decorated-link\" rel=\"nofollow\">Grand Mosque<\/a> in Mecca. <i><a href=\"http:\/\/www.imdb.com\/title\/tt1235836\/\" target=\"_blank\" class=\" decorated-link\" rel=\"nofollow\">Journey to Mecca<\/a><\/i> combines the true story of a 14th-century pilgrim named <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Ibn_Battuta\" target=\"_blank\" class=\" decorated-link\" rel=\"nofollow\">Ibn Battuta<\/a> with footage of modern-day Muslims performing <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Hajj\" target=\"_blank\" class=\" decorated-link\" rel=\"nofollow\">the Hajj<\/a>, i.e. the pilgrimage to Mecca that every Muslim is supposed to make at least once if they are able to do so.
