So we\u2019ve got this and the upcoming <a href=\"http:\/\/filmchatblog.blogspot.com\/2008\/10\/day-earth-stood-still-more-gort.html\" class=\" decorated-link\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">remake<\/a> of <i><a href=\"http:\/\/filmchatblog.blogspot.com\/2008\/09\/day-watchmen-stood-still.html\" class=\" decorated-link\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">The Day the Earth Stood Still<\/a><\/i> (1951). Are there any other remakes of 1950s robots-and-spaceships movies in the works? \u2014 <i><a href=\"http:\/\/www.hollywoodreporter.com\/hr\/content_display\/film\/news\/e3ib356467890c70c66f5453b8ea7d5fc00\" target=\"_blank\" class=\" decorated-link\" rel=\"nofollow\">Hollywood Reporter<\/a><\/i><\/p>\n<p><a name=\"2\" class=\" decorated-link\" target=\"_blank\">2.<\/a> Pulitzer Prize-winning playwright David Lindsay-Abaire has been tapped to write <i><a href=\"http:\/\/filmchatblog.blogspot.com\/2008\/10\/newsbites-comics-and-heroes-edition.html#1\" class=\" decorated-link\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">Spider-Man 4<\/a><\/i>. \u2014 <i><a href=\"http:\/\/www.hollywoodreporter.com\/hr\/content_display\/film\/news\/e3ib356467890c70c66c9b89081c07af6ca\" target=\"_blank\" class=\" decorated-link\" rel=\"nofollow\">Hollywood Reporter<\/a><\/i><\/p>\n<p><a name=\"3\" class=\" decorated-link\" target=\"_blank\">3.<\/a> Sony may step in and co-produce the <i><a href=\"http:\/\/filmchatblog.blogspot.com\/2008\/10\/newsbites-comics-and-cartoons-edition.html#3\" class=\" decorated-link\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">Tintin<\/a><\/i> movies with Paramount, now that Universal has <a href=\"http:\/\/filmchatblog.blogspot.com\/2008\/09\/newsbites-tintin-quantum-watchmen.html#1\" class=\" decorated-link\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">backed out<\/a> for financial reasons.
